The most powerful aspect of this model for me is how it reframes 'hypochondria.' It's not just 'being a worrier'; it's often a case of a highly sensitive 'threat detection' system in the brain that has been primed with negative data.

The solution isn't to 'stop worrying,' but to consciously change the information diet you feed your predictive brain. It's a much more compassionate and effective approach.
